What Can Be Reported

Any violation of laws, company policies, or procedures.

Any illegal act affecting students, teachers, staff, shareholders, business partners, or suppliers — including attempts to conceal such acts.

Any behaviour contrary to IAB’s ethical standards: misconduct, dishonesty, or conflicts of interest.

Any other situation that violates IAB’s Code of Ethics, even if not explicitly listed above.

Important Guidelines
  • Write in clear, simple language. Outline the facts and reasons behind your report so it can be properly reviewed.
  • IAB strictly prohibits the abuse or fraudulent use of this channel. False or reckless complaints will result in disciplinary action.
  • Independent management: The reporting channel is managed independently by an external provider, Amaltea Consultoría. All reports are received and processed by Amaltea Consultoría, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable data protection laws.
