How the IAB is managed
Executive Board
The IAB is governed through the Executive Board who discharge strategic responsibility and management through to the Academic Strategy Team and the Business Strategy Team.
Academic Strategy Team
The Academic Strategy Team is responsible for the IAB’s courses; their delivery, enhancement, assessment and organisation of the learning partnership between the students and the staff. They drive the training and education happening each day. They work closely with the Programme Leader Team and the student Course Representatives.
Business Strategy Team
The Business Strategy Team is responsible for the IAB’s marketing, student recruitment, campus facilities, student services and the business decisions happening each day. They work closely with the Academic Strategy Team and all staff to give the best of experiences to the students.
