Quality Assurance and Enhancement
Quality Assurance and Enhancement is an umbrella term covering many different aspects of the IAB’s day-to-day working life. It includes:
Compliance with the Academic Regulations of our validating university and the IAB’s own Academic Framework for Foundation programmes
Compliance with IAB approved Policies and Procedures
Providing expert teaching, academic guidance and professional preparation
Providing learning activities and opportunities beyond the programmes themselves

The IAB Position on Modern Slavery
The IAB understands Modern Slavery to be any situation or activity, which deprives an individual of their personal liberty to exploit them for personal or commercial gain, inclusive but not limited to slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking.
The IAB has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and is committed to acting ethically, transparently and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships. The company is committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business or in any supply chains in line with the obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
