
Jarek Sacharski
Jarek Sacharski trained as an actor at the National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw. After graduating, he worked for seven years in Polish theatre, film, and television, with stage credits including A Streetcar Named Desire, The Cherry Orchard, The Old Lady, and The Party. His television appearances include the acclaimed Polish series The Time of Honour.
In 2014, Jarek moved to London to study with Patsy Rodenburg at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, where he completed an MA in Training Actors (Voice) with distinction. He went on to join the Guildhall faculty as a voice lecturer and later earned a PG Cert in Performance Teaching (distinction). He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a member of the teaching team on Guildhall’s PG Cert in Performance Teaching, where he mentors emerging educators.
Alongside his academic work, Jarek is a certified coach (EMCC) specializing in public speaking and effective communication. He has coached clients from organizations such as Netflix, Meta, the Rijksmuseum, Deloitte, Bain & Company, JDE, and PwC, and regularly prepares speakers for TEDx events in Warsaw and Amsterdam. He is also a lecturer in public speaking at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw.
Jarek frequently presents at international conferences, including PEVOC, and has collaborated with drama schools and music conservatories across Poland, the UK, the Netherlands, Romania, and Kenya. His research and teaching focus on stage presence, voice, and performance training for both artists and professionals.
