The Institute of the Arts Barcelona is excited to have commercial performer and teacher Sam Fleet in the studios this week giving the students a feel for professional level choreography.

Early Start
Sam grew up in Essex, before his love for Performing/ Dance came Sports.
He played football & did athletics as well as taking street dance classes. He had for trials Junior Hammers (WestHam Youth) aged 10 and played for his school Brentwood County High where the level was very high they went on football tour to Holland to play against other boys at acadamies.
His mum is the Founder/owner of BeverlyMarks one of the most successful theatre schools in the UK.
Sam started dancing at the age of 7 by the time he was 9 he was working as a child model/performer.
Training at BEVERLY MARKS STAGE SCHOOL whilst being represented by Legendary SYLVIA YOUNG’S THEATRE SCHOOL for professional work.
At the age of 9 he was the face of DISNEY on their global halloween campaign in Europe on the disney channel from then he featured in more work including commercials and Films with Sylvias.
Competing Nationally and Internationally through his youth he won many competing titles abroad travelling from Barcelona to Sardinia and Tuscany too.
A highlight would be winning HIPHOP INTERNATIONAL UK varsity solos age only 14.
College Life
At 16, Sam went on to train at ITALIA CONTI on a full scholarship for 3 years.
There he worked with many renowned Choreographers & Directors.
He choreographed in the end of year productions Directed by BONNIE LYTHGOE (NIGEL LYTHGOE’S WIFE SYTYCD) Still only 16 at this point.
Professional Career
Since graduating from Italia Conti in 2010.
Sam has been working on commercials, live stage tours, concerts, theatre, campaigns, music videos, corporate, fashion and newly choreography.
With his work, he has travelled to INDIA, CHINA, HONGKONG, VIETNAM, ITALY, SPAIN, LOS ANGELES, SWEDEN, GERMANY, SWITZERLAND & TURKEY.
He most recently has just returned from Antalya with the Worldwide street dance sensation “BLAZE” & has been dancing on X factor again this season with Louisa Johnson.
