Meet Pete Gallagher and Michael England

We are delighted to welcome two highly experienced visiting lecturers – Pete Gallagher and Michael England, who have just joined the musical theatre faculty for a few weeks, to work with level 6 MT students in their production of the Addams Family.

Pete Gallagher is a widely experienced director, writer and performer, working for over thirty years at the highest levels; including directing from UK tour to Europe and fringe – drama, musical and cabaret – as well major drama colleges. Called a ‘Miracle Worker’ (Strictly Come Dancing, BBC TV), working within the broadest confines of artistic integrity, coupled with freedom of personal expression and creative development.

Michael England’s conducting career encompasses classical music, ballet, film, television and musical theatre. In addition to this he has also taught at many of the major theatre/music schools in London including the Royal Academy of Music, Mountview Academy, London School of Musical Theatre, Arts Educational School, and for several years coached on the visiting UK Summer school of students from Duke Univeristy, North Carolina.
