Born and raised in France, Vincent Gros was a finalist in the Prix De Lausanne in 1994 and graduated from The Royal Ballet School in London the following year under the direction of Dame Merle Park. He performed with The Royal Ballet and Birmingham Royal Ballet before joining several companies as a principal dancer throughout his career, including Cape Town City Ballet, Leipziger Ballett, Ballet Du Capitole De Toulouse and Ballet Madrid.
Since 2004, Vincent is a certified dance teacher and holds the State Diploma received from the Ministry of Culture and Communications in France. He has worked as a ballet master with renowned directors and choreographers such as Angel Corella and Pascal Touzeau, and currently teaches at the Institute of the Arts Barcelona, the Centre De Dansa De Catalunya and the Companyia Juvenil de Ballet Clàssic de Catalunya. His experience also includes workshops in Spain, Germany, France and Brasil, where he is regularly invited.
