4.3 The names and logos of the IAB (and any content providers) and all related product and service names, designs marks and slogans are the trade names, service marks or trade marks of the IAB (or the respective owner(s)) and may not be used without the express prior permission of IAB (or the respective owner(s)). Requests for permission should be addressed to the Director of Marketing.
4.4 For the avoidance of doubt, framing of this site or any part of it is not permitted without express permission. Notwithstanding this prohibition, the caching of this site is permitted by an information service provider acting in the normal course of its business.
4.5 All works in the nature of databases attract database rights.

Whilst the IAB makes all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the Website it cannot ensure such exclusion and no liability is accepted for damage caused through the downloading of viruses. Therefore, you are recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information from the Website.

Links to third party sites are provided for the User’s convenience only and the User is solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy and completeness of any information contained on third party sites and also the value and integrity of any goods and services offered by them.
6.4 Except as required by law, the IAB shall not be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise arising from reliance on information contained in this Website, or from any interruption or delay in access to the Website for whatever reason.
6.5 The content of any blogs on the IAB website does not necessarily reflect the views of the IAB. Such content only reflects the views and comments of those named persons posting individual blogs. The IAB operates a ‘notice and takedown’ procedure for defamatory content. Please notify the Director of Marketing of any such content. Once notified the IAB will endeavour to remove the defamatory content within a reasonable time.
7 - User Warranty and Indemnity
7.1 The User warrants to IAB that they will abide by these Terms and Conditions of Use and not use the Website, its contents or any part thereof for any purpose that is in contravention of any applicable law or regulation or in a manner that will infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others or in any defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful manner.
7.2 The User shall indemnify the IAB, its employees and agents, against all claims, liability, losses, damages and expenses (including without limitation, legal fees and costs arising out of or incurred as a result of any claims made against the IAB, its employees and agents), resulting from the use by the User of the Website, or any of its contents for whatever purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8.1 If any provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

9 - Jurisdiction
The Website (including these Terms and Conditions of Use) shall be governed by Spanish law. The Spanish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of the Website and/or any transactions carries out via the Website.
