Application Terms and Conditions
The Institute of the Arts Barcelona will make every effort to deliver its programmes in accordance with the published descriptions.
Any changes that the Institute wishes to make must be fully discussed with and approved by the validating university prior to their implementation. The university may make changes to a programme of study or module where such changes are deemed to be beneficial to students, are minor in nature, and unlikely to impact negatively upon students or become unnecessary due to circumstances beyond the control of the university.
In the rare event of the Institute having to cancel a programme, we will make every effort to offer a reasonable replacement. Failing that, we will give four weeks notice prior to the start of the programme and a full refund of all fees paid.
REGULATIONS
Condition of enrolment is that you abide by, and submit to, the Institute of the Arts Barcelona rules and regulations and the regulations and policies as set out by our validating university partner.
PAYMENT OF FEES
An application fee of €50 is required. Your application will not be processed until this fee is paid.Â
If you are offered a place, a non-refundable registration fee of €500 is payable.  The due dates for the payment of the registration fee the tuition fees will be set out in the offer letter.
WITHDRAWALS
If you withdraw from the application process or programme, the Institute of the Arts Barcelona reserves the right to retain any non-refundable fees paid. All students are allowed a two week cooling off period from the date of enrolment in which to decide if they wish to continue their studies or withdraw from the programme. Should the student withdraw from the programme within this two weeks, the Institute will refund any tuition fees paid to date, except for non-refundable payments.
